Skywatch Friday – Looking Up

Fall, leaves, fall

Fall, leaves, fall; die, flowers, away;
Lengthen night and shorten day;
Every leaf speaks bliss to me
Fluttering from the autumn tree.

I shall smile when wreaths of snow
Blossom where the rose should grow;
I shall sing when night’s decay
Ushers in a drearier day.

  1. The colours have been incredible this year haven’t they? And I’ve barely had any chance to see them – confined to home for work. So thanks for sharing these, what incredible colours. All the leaves will probably be gone by tomorrow here, it’s so stormy 😦

    1. No worries, I know who you are 😀 The colours are amazing and every time I see gorgeous beautiful tree lined path,….I am on my way to work! I hope ur ok?
